Why should I freeze my membership?

You can put your membership on a freeze status for as long as you like, securing your current membership pricing. During that time, we will bill your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) account a $5 monthly charge which, in turn, accumulates on your in-store account as Bonus Dollars to be used towards lotion, upgrades, or other services or products. We’ll secure your Loyalty Rewards status. Bonus Dollars are non-refundable and are not applied to any monthly drafts. Bonus Dollars expire 30 days after reactivation.

How can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership by visiting any Sandy Beaches Sun Spa location. Your Loyalty Rewards status cancels until you reactivate your membership. When you reactivate your Loyalty Membership, your level of benefits begins from zero. The last day for cancellations is the 1st of each month.
